Why Tim works the way he does
Before landscaping full time, Tim Kincaid spent years in clinical healthcare, including at the University of Michigan. He landscaped on the side the whole time. Eventually the outdoor work won.
Healthcare taught him one habit he still uses on every job: diagnose first. If a lawn is thin, he looks at the soil and the grade before he sells anyone seed. If a yard floods, he fixes the drainage before anything gets built on top of it.
